1. Chaurpati Rural Municipality , Office of the Rural Municipal Executive Chaurpati Achham, has allocated fund for different types of Construction & Supply  works and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract as mentioned in table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.
2. Chaurpati Rural Municipality , Office of the Rural Municipal Executive Chaurpati Achham invites only electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction works as per table below under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in this bidding.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at

1. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically,  should  deposit  the  cost of bidding  document as mentioned in the table in  Rajaswa (revenue)  account  as  specified  below  and  the  scanned  copy  (pdf format)  of  the  Bank  deposit  voucher  shall  be  uploaded  by  the  bidder  at  the  time  of electronic submission of the bids. 1. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Chaurpati Rural Municipality , Office of the Rural Municipal Executive  Chaurpati Achham on 2078/05/22 B.S.  (Sep.07,2021) on 13:00Hrs.
2. Bid must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00Hrs on 2078/06/04  B.S.(Sep.20, 2021). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
3. The in of to 2078/06/04 B.S. (Sep.20,2021) at Chaurpati Rural Municipality , Office of the Rural Municipal Executive  Chaurpati Achham. Bids must be valid for a period  of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format  amounting  Prescribed in the following table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid .
4. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
